Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries related to services, bookings, complaints, and resolutions.
Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution.
Maintain call logs and customer interaction records.
Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and company SOPs.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and call-handling skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Calm and patient approach while handling customers.
Eligibility
Freshers are welcome.
Prior voice process / call center experience is an advantage.
