Key Responsibilities
€¢ Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
€¢ Assist customers with queries related to services, bookings, complaints, and resolutions.
€¢ Provide accurate information and ensure first-call resolution.
€¢ Maintain call logs and customer interaction records.
€¢ Follow communication scripts, quality standards, and company SOPs.
€¢ Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team when required.
€¢ Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Required Skills
€¢ Good verbal communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus).
€¢ Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
€¢ Basic computer knowledge and call-handling skills.
€¢ Ability to work in rotational shifts.
€¢ Calm and patient approach while handling customers.
