Roles & Responsibilities:- 1) Handle Inbound & Outbound voice calls from International Customers.2) Understand Customer queries and provide them accurate solution.3) Deliver excellent customer service in a professional manner.4) Maintain call records and update information in the system.5) Ensure customer Satisfaction.Note:- This is U.S.A health related company.
