Job Summary:As a Visa Counselor, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and groups with the visa application process for travel abroad. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, advise on visa requirements and provide guidance on the application process.Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and application processes Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and determine the best visa options for their intended travel Assist clients in completing visa application forms and supporting documentation Review and verify all visa application materials for accuracy and completeness before submission Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, procedures, and requirements Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while processing visas Handle any visa application related issues, and follow-up with clients as required Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing timely updates on visa applications Build strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals Collaborate with other visa counselors and support staff to ensure efficient and effective visa processingRequirements: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with visa regulations, procedures, and requirements Knowledge of foreign languages is a plus Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant softwareIf you are passionate about helping people travel abroad and have the necessary experience and skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
