This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chinese Chef based in Noida. The Chinese Chef will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting Chinese cuisine to established quality and portion standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene. Daily tasks include planning menus, organizing mise en place, managing kitchen operations during service, and coordinating with the team to maintain smooth workflow. The role involves monitoring inventory, ensuring proper storage of ingredients, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety, and adhering to all food safety regulations. The Chinese Chef will also train and guide junior staff, support new dish development, and collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest experience.
