Interpreting the Contract condition in response to Contractors claim, Project Leadership queries and Employer queries. Ensure identification, preparation & submission of claims, variations, extra items etc. Also, to track the progress of the same. To ensure that all the submissions to the client are adhered to the contract. Preparation and submission of Notice of Dispute regarding the conciliation proceedings. Preparation and submission of the direct/third party claims (insurance) as per CAR policy. Ensuring the Implementation of the work at the site as per the Contractual provisions and approved drawings Documentation of accurate data for the suitable extension of time from client for the milestone activities. Further, prepare the monetary claims for the same.
