Drafting of contractual letter for day-to-day issue as well as delay event letter in consultation with PM/Director/Tender Head

Managing potential variations and claims including records keeping and following with the Contractor, site engineers and client

Preparation of statement of claim and statement of Liquidity damages.

Support in preparation of EOT recommendation.

Interpreting the Contract condition in response to Contractors claim, Project Leadership queries and Employer queries.

Ensure identification, preparation & submission of claims, variations, extra items etc. Also, to track the progress of the same.

Maintenance of Contract Register for the Project.

To ensure that all the submissions to the client are adhered to the contract.

Preparation and submission of Notice of Dispute regarding the conciliation proceedings.

Preparation and submission of the direct/third party claims (insurance) as per CAR policy.

Ensuring the Implementation and the installation of the work at the site as per the Contractual provisions and approved drawings

Documentation of accurate data for the suitable extension of time from client for the milestone activities. Further, prepare the monetary claims for the same.
