Researching and generate new qualified opportunities through prospecting and activity-based cold calling and emailing.- Use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities- Identify and pursue key executives by developing customer call strategies to interact with buyers to gain access to Key Opinion Leaders- Cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification and persuade decision makers to let service their freight- Leverage social strategies to initiate sales conversations with all levels of stakeholders- Develop an In-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Cold calling & Cold emailing)- Manage the early sales cycle from market research, engaging new leads, and onboarding- Build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, businesses and internal peers.- Maintain consistent levels of activity to achieving sales targets.- This job will require strong communication skills while having theability to work independently in a high pressure, and often ambiguous,work environment
