researching and generate new qualified opportunities through prospecting and activity-based cold calling and emailing.
- use creative and persistent methods to prospect and generate new business opportunities
- identify and pursue key executives by developing customer call strategies to interact with buyers to gain access to key opinion leaders
- cultivate and nurture the sales cycle process from initial contact through to qualification and persuade decision makers to let service their freight
- leverage social strategies to initiate sales conversations with all levels of stakeholders
- develop an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the logistics and transportation industry.
- driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (linkedin sales navigator, cold calling & cold emailing)
- manage the early sales cycle from market research, engaging new leads, and onboarding
- build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, businesses and internal peers.
