Supra Pacific is an Emerging NBFC, listed in BSE. As part of expansion plan in Kerala, we are looking for Branch Managers Across Ernakulam & Thrissur. Ideal Candidate should have 5-6 Yrs NBFC/Banking/Financial Experience of which 1-2 Yrs should be @ Team Handling level. Candidates without Team Handling level can be considered for the post of Asst BM. Branch Manager would be Responsible for the overall growth & development of the Branch in the given location and would be accountable for making the Branch Profitable within the given timeframe.

Responsible for preparing and maintaining insurance policy records. Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target. Provided support to insurance sales financial department and handled additional duties and responsibilities as requiredLife insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.

Job Description: Identify Potential Prospects in your defined territory & reach out to the right people and deliver a sales pitch. Identify the customer need & offer them the customize solution suiting their need in order to convert them as a L1 Supply Customer Following up with new & existing customers on a regular basis and maintaining relationships with customers to solicit orders from them. Ensure that customers are served with the quality product in required time. Following up with customers for the payment after the orders are fulfilled & ensure collection as per the collection due date. Gather Market intelligence on Price, leads, Competition, and other feedback and share with the team & ManagementWork Collaboratively with the other team members to ensure companys objective
