Mobilise candidates from rural areas and enroll qualified and interested students for the program and ensure that each batch is operating at optimum strength. Prepare an action plan and submit weekly reports to the office. Ensure that participants are regular in the course and discipline and in case of drop outs, will need to follow up with the candidate for the same.
