Job Description

Study & identify the best practices of mobilization across skilling industry

Cascade the best practices across all the partners

Create benchmarks for batch size, batch to batch gap and work on improving the same

Placement Support:

Build partnerships with employers within and outside the group

Demand creation by effective way of identifying vocational opportunities both for employment and entrepreneurship

Build industry network to all the partner centers

Conduct job fairs for involving maximum number of stakeholders

Monitor and improve the placement percentage of all partners

Feedback on quality of candidates (Alumni/student) attended interviews to be collated and shared with all relevant functions
