Study architectural/structural drawings, specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to prepare detailed quantity take-offs.Prepare cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and variations/extra items.Conduct rate analysis for various construction or interior elements based on material, labor, and overhead costs.Record and verify actual execution of work at the site using Measurement Books (MB) and joint measurements with site engineers.Prepare and process Running Account (RA) bills and final bills for clients.Check, verify, and certify subcontractor and vendor bills against contract rates and work progress.

Tender Management: Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities. Contract Administration: Manage and review contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures, identify variances, and implement cost-saving measures. Valuation: Carry out regular site visits and valuations to ensure work is progressing in accordance with contract terms. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial statements. Risk Management: Identify and manage potential risks and mitigate them effectively. Liaison: Communicate with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any financial or contractual issues. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all work complies with relevant legal and regulatory requirements. Bill Preparation: Prepare detailed bills of quantities based on project specifications and drawings. Verification: Verify and validate bills submitted by contractors and subcontractors. Measurement: Measure and quantify materials and labour required for projects.
