Job descriptionCandidates Should be experienced in HVAC, Cleanroom Projects.1) Oversee and manage all project details of assigned projects to include, but not limited to, staffing, materials, scheduling, projections and related areas.2) Completely responsible for all assigned projects in all aspects.3) Manage and monitor project budgets, costs and expenditure.4) Work with internal Company staff and departments on a variety of tasks associated with estimating, pre- and post-negotiations and other areas as required5) Review contracts for scope, detail and requirements6) Identify deficiencies, issues and concerns7) Develop and/or review job checklist8) Initiate and/or identify equipment, supplies and/or materials to be purchased9) Research and price details of equipment, materials, subcontracts and other project specific financial needs10) Review specifications, drawings, blueprints, schematics and other documents11) Determine that appropriate quantities of materials and supplies have been identified12) Review budgets for validity and correctness13) Prepare, review, analyze, assess, modify and/or present a number of billings, statements and other accounting-related forms14) Review job reports and subcontractor status15) Work with a variety of internal departments to provide continuity and consistency on project delivery16) Coordinate staffing levels with crew management/leaders17) Coordinate with general contractor and/or other sub-contractor schedules18) Review codes and variances to determine impact on project schedule, costs, estimates and other project-specific elements19) Attend a variety of internal and external job review meetings and provide input and information as to changes required20) Participate in the turnover process21) Review projects and billing forecast reports22) Monitor compliance with company and departmental policies23) Serve as a liaison & resource to internal management & customers & clients related
