-Recruiting, training, & motivating agents.-Build & maintain strong, long-term relationships with agents.-Develop & maintain strong relationships with new & existing agents.-Providing continuous support and guidance to drive sales and performance.

Analysing sales trends across the industry to develop effective strategies and optimise the current onesImplementing the companys sales policies at the field level and enforcing disciplinary actionsHiring and training sales teams in different regions to keep up with sales goalsCollaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads

To meet our dealers/ distributors on regular basis , should have good working experience in Luxury Bathroom accessories industry. To visit projects/ construction sites and promote our brand . To follow up for orders and payments from existing customers on regular basis. to conduct sales promotional activities regularly.
