You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders, driving product visibility, and ensuring the availability of Ruchak snacks in the market.Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the assigned territory. Expand the distribution network by appointing new retailers and distributors. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors. Generate orders from retailers and distributors, ensuring timely delivery of products. Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products at retail outlets. Gather market information on competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales figures, market feedback, and competitor analysis. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure adequate stock levels at distributor points. Provide excellent customer service to retailers and distributors.Skills: Strong understanding of the FMCG distribution landscape, particularly in the snacks and namkeen category. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Looking after the entire business growth of the super stockiest and sales executive.. Keep abreast with stock report, Inventory, Product order, Re-order etc.. Perform other sales, marketing and promotion related activities as and when instructed by the company.. Finding and developing new markets and company.. Training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills.Requirements:. Bachelors degree in business, marketing or related field.. 5 years above of experience in sales, marketing or related field.. Strong communication skills.. Ability to manage complex projects and multi-tasks.. Excellent organizational skills.. Proficient in MS-Office and Outlook.
