Key ResponsibilitiesBook domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).Provide accurate fare quotations and travel options to clients.Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.Coordinate with airlines for seat availability, schedules, and special requests.Assist customers with travel-related queries (baggage, visa basics, policies).Maintain records of bookings and transactions.Ensure compliance with airline policies and company procedures.Handle group bookings and corporate travel requirements.Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
