An Air Ticketing Executive is responsible for booking flight tickets, managing travel itineraries, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth ticketing operations. The role requires strong knowledge of airline systems, fare rules, and customer service skills.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
Provide accurate fare quotations and travel options to clients.
Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
Coordinate with airlines for seat availability, schedules, and special requests.
Assist customers with travel-related queries (baggage, visa basics, policies).
Maintain records of bookings and transactions.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and company procedures.
Handle group bookings and corporate travel requirements.
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.

🎓 Educational Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary)

Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
0-3 years of experience in ticketing or travel agency preferred.

Travel agencies, airlines, airports, or tour operators.
Rotational shifts may be required.
💰 Salary Range (India)
Fresher: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Experienced: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000+ per month
