Key ResponsibilitiesPassenger Services:Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, allocate seats, verify documents.Assist passengers with disabilities, elderly, or families with young children.Handle lost, delayed, or damaged baggage complaints.Provide flight information, confirm reservations, sell tickets.Manage boarding process, gate announcements, and document checks.Ramp & Aircraft Handling:Guide aircraft to/from parking stands (marshalling) using hand signals/lights.Connect ground power/air conditioning to parked aircraft.Supervise loading/unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail.Load catering supplies, water, and duty-free items.Refuel aircraft.Perform internal cleaning and external washing of the aircraft.Conduct security checks before departure.Coordination & Admin:Communicate with pilots, flight crews, and air traffic control.Monitor flight status, manage delays, and re-route passengers.Complete necessary documentation, including flight plans and load sheets.
