Airport Representative (Freshers) Ramgarh

We are seeking an enthusiastic Airport Representative based in Ramgarh, India. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Assist Passengers:** Greet travelers at the airport and provide them with important information. Help them with directions, check-in procedures, and answer any questions they may have.

- **Manage Check-In:** Ensure passengers have all necessary documents ready for their journey. Assist them during the check-in process to ensure a smooth experience.

- **Luggage Handling:** Help passengers with their baggage, ensuring it is properly tagged and directed to the correct flights.

- **Issue Boarding Passes:** Provide passengers with their boarding passes and explain boarding procedures, ensuring they understand flight times and gate information.

- **Problem Solving:** Address any issues that may arise, such as flight delays or cancellations, and assist passengers in finding solutions or rebooking.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed their 10th-grade education and possess strong communication skills. The ability to interact with diverse groups of people is essential. A friendly demeanor and problem-solving skills are important, along with a willingness to learn. Although experience is not required, any previous experience in customer service is a plus. A positive attitude and the ability to work in a team are key to succeeding in this role. This is a full-time office position.
