*Position:* Agency Development Manager*Department:* Agency SalesContext & Role:- *Agent/Life Insurance Manager Recruitment:* You will be responsible for recruiting life insurance agents and managers.- *Agent/Insurance Manager Activation:* Ensuring the activation of newly recruited agents and managers.- *Product Mix:* Managing and promoting a variety of insurance products.- *Achieving Business Targets:* Meeting and exceeding sales targets as part of your role.Key Responsibilities:- *Sales Execution:* Lead a team of FA/LIM/DM to execute sales targets.- *Recruitment & Management:* Identify, recruit, and manage advisors within your designated region.- *Training & Motivation:* Train and motivate advisors to enhance their understanding of market trends and products.- *Performance Monitoring:* Monitor and review the performance of agents, helping them to achieve maximum business potential.- *Client Interaction:* Regularly meet with customers to maintain and achieve service standards.Required Qualifications and Experience:- *Education:* Graduation/Post-Graduation/Professional Degree.- *Experience:* Minimum 6 months to 5 years in the insurance industry.- *Candidate Profile:* Looking for candidates with a strong background in sales, excellent selling skills, and an understanding of the insurance industry. 1. Hire new PoSPs to associate with the company and bring new customers on board.2. Impart training to all partners on various products available with the Company.3. Align with the sales support and backend team to ensure smooth functioning.7. Should be updated with all the market / regulatory information which will help in theBusiness development.8.
