Plan, create, and optimize ad campaigns with a focus on lead generation, cost-per-lead efficiency, and return on ad spend (ROAS).3. Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics, interests, and behaviors for property buyers and investors.4. Design and test ad creatives, formats, and copy variations to improve engagement and conversion rates.5. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.6. Collaborate with the sales team to align campaign strategies with lead quality and conversion requirements.7. Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve maximum ROI and minimize wasted spend.8. Set up and optimize tracking using Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and other tools to ensure accurate lead attribution.9. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated with real estate market trends to identify new opportunities.10. Stay current with Meta Ads best practices, policies, and algorithm updates to maintain strong campaign performance and compliance.SPECIFIC SKILLSDemonstrate strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager with a proven track record of running high-performing lead generation campaigns.
