Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsDevelop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsorsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAssist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Commerce from recognized University/Institutes of repute with CA (Inter) or ICWA (Inter)Essential Experience:At least 10 (Ten) years of experience in the field of Accounts & Finance under computerized environment ,Internal Audit ,Purchase & Stores etc.Age Limit: Not exceeding 40 yearsConsolidated Monthly Salary:Rs. 43,188 (Includes Basic Pay, HRA and other allowances)Terms & Conditions: Initially for a period of 3 (three) years on a yearly basis subject to evaluation of performance, which may further be renewal for a maximum period upto 5 (five) years.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesCandidate must have knowledge of All accounting work, balance sheet finalisation, TDS and Income Tax.Person will be responsible for general accounting, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, managing accounts payable process, compiling documents for statutory filings, liasioning with Government departments and banks, etc.The Staff Accountant will support general accounting functions including month-end close, preparation of journal entries, and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.Tally data entry including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and preparation of debtors / creditors statements.Must have the prior experience on gst, accounting and Tally software.Desired Candidate ProfileGood working knowledge of MS-Office, Tally Software.Candidate having good knowledge of Accounting, TDS, GST, etc.He/she has to co-ordinate with and support the internal auditor and the organization's chartered accountants with the required tasks.The Candidate should be at least B.Com Graduate.Job Benefits & PerksWeek Off.Accommodation with FoodingP.F & ESICYearly Bonus14 National Holidays in a year.Yearly increment in salary.
