Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Financial Management:Maintain and manage accurate accounting records in Tally ERP/Prime.Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reconciliations.Taxation Compliance:Manage GST filings (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) and ensure timely submission.Handle TDS compliance, calculations, payments, and filing of TDS returns.Oversee TCS processes and ensure compliance as per regulations.Bank Reconciliation:Perform regular bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.Auditing & Reporting:Assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.Prepare financial statements and other reports as required by management.Compliance & Coordination:Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and updates on new tax regulations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.Skills and Qualifications:Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (CA Inter or MBA in Finance preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in handling Tally, GST, TDS, TCS, and bank reconciliations.Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST rules, and TDS/TCS regulations.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
