key responsibilities:
accounting & financial management:
maintain and manage accurate accounting records in tally erp/prime.
ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping, ledger management, and financial reconciliations.
taxation compliance:
manage gst filings (gstr-1, gstr-3b, gstr-9) and ensure timely submission.
handle tds compliance, calculations, payments, and filing of tds returns.
oversee tcs processes and ensure compliance as per regulations.
bank reconciliation:
perform regular bank reconciliations, identify discrepancies, and resolve issues promptly.
auditing & reporting:
assist in internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
prepare financial statements and other reports as required by management.
compliance & coordination:
ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and updates on new tax regulations.
collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, tax consultants, and vendors.
skills and qualifications:
educational qualification: bachelor’s degree in commerce, accounting, or related field (ca inter or mba in finance preferred).
minimum 2 years of experience in handling tally, gst, tds, tcs, and bank reconciliations.
proficiency in tally erp/prime and ms excel.
strong knowledge of indian accounting standards, gst rules, and tds/tcs regulations.
excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
