We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Admission Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the EdTech sector. This position is office-based and involves direct interaction with prospective students and their families to guide them through the admission process.Salary provided is 3.6 lakh per annum.

Identification & understanding of the Student's needs and counseling students to select appropriate study programs as per their interests. Provide study information, admission requirements, and visa process. Do profile assessments of interested students and give course options by short-listing Universities matching their profiles. Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship. Effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication. Guide students through resolving queries on a quick and urgent basis. Responsible for maintaining and updating the student database regularly.

Calling Leads and fixing demo sessionsFollow up the leads for final admissions and gain maximum conversion through the leads .Counselling Students about our courses and programs.Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counseling, Admission, Orientation, Support, Satisfaction, Retention and Productive Output.Interaction with students on routine basis for doubt clearing, general counselling and progress feedbackCoordinate with Faculties for student batches & classesLiaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes and other offers.Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
