Job Description :-

 Participating in Government tenders

 Searching Government tenders

 Handling E-commerce portal like Government E-Market Place (Gem), E-procurement and

Indian Railway E-Procurement System (IREPS).

 Uploading products on Gem.

 Monitoring Catalogue on the portal.

 Pairing products in the bid.

 Searching for appropriate products on the portal.

 Sending tender enquiries to OEMs

 Coordinating with the manufacturers.

 Checking results of participated tenders

 Preparing Quotations

 Contacting Government Officials for bid coordination

 Tracking delivery status of orders

 Coordination with Delivery agencies 

 Preparing tender documents for physical tenders.
