Telecaller - Part Time - Freshers

We are looking for a female Telecaller to join our team on a part-time basis in Vadodara. This entry-level role is suitable for freshers who have completed at least the 10th grade and are eager to start a career in customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Making Outbound Calls**: You will be responsible for contacting potential customers to introduce them to our products and services, aiming to generate interest and sales.

2. **Updating Customer Information**: You will need to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update our database with new information gathered during calls.

3. **Providing Information**: It will be your role to answer customer queries and provide detailed information about our offerings, ensuring they have a clear understanding of what we provide.

4. **Achieving Targets**: You will be expected to meet daily or weekly call targets, and work towards converting calls into successful sales.

Required Skills and Expectations:
