### Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Telesales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining educational courses and admission opportunities, generating leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

### Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries.

- Explain available courses, admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and other relevant details.

- Generate leads and convert interested prospects into admissions.

- Handle incoming calls and resolve basic queries professionally.

- Maintain daily call records, lead databases, and follow-up reports.

- Follow up with interested candidates through calls and WhatsApp.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

- Maintain professional communication and a positive relationship with prospective students.

### Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Graduate.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication and convincing skills are required.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.

- Ability to handle calls confidently and achieve targets.

- Experience in telecalling, telesales, counselling, or educational sales will be an advantage.
