Hiring Telesales Executive For Juinagar Navi Mumbai Fresher

Job Responsibilities

⠂ Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote credit card products.

⠂ Explain product features, benefits and eligibility criteria over the phone.

⠂ Understand customer requirements and address queries professionally.

⠂ Convince prospective customers and generate sales conversions.

⠂ Follow up with interested customers and achieve assigned sales targets.

⠂ Maintain proper customer records and follow the prescribed sales process.

Candidate Eligibility

⠂ Qualification:Graduate

⠂ Experience:Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

⠂ Excellent verbal communication skills are mandatory.

⠂ Clear pronunciation, fluency and confidence while speaking.

⠂ Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.

⠂ Ability to engage customers and maintain professional conversations over calls.

⠂ Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.

⠂ Basic computer knowledge is required.

⠂ Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, banking or credit card sales will be an added advantage.

Salary & Working Details

⠂ In-Hand Salary:₹25,000 to ₹26,000 per month

⠂ Shift Timing:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

⠂ Working Days:5 days a week

⠂ Saturday:Alternate Saturdays working full day
