Job Description:

We are seeking confident, persuasive, and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. Your role will involve reaching out to potential and existing customers by phone, explaining our products/services, and generating leads or sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance your communication skills and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Generate leads and convert calls into sales or appointments

Maintain and update customer interaction database

Follow up with leads regularly

Meet daily/monthly targets as assigned

Share call outcomes and customer feedback with the team

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods

Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping

Resilient and motivated; able to handle rejection

Prior experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Fluency in English and Hindi (other languages are a plus)
