Job Description

As a Tele Sales Officer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and persuading them to purchase products or services. Your key responsibilities include conducting sales pitches, explaining product features, and closing sales deals over the phone. You will also be required to maintain customer records and contribute to achieving sales targets.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality. Additionally, you should have a basic understanding of sales techniques and be able to handle objections effectively. A high school diploma is the minimum educational requirement, and prior experience in telemarketing or sales will be beneficial.
