key responsibilities:
cold calling: initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients in indian market with the aim of generating interest in the products or services offered.
lead generation: identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and information gathering during phone conversations.
product/service knowledge: have a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, as well as their features and benefits, to effectively communicate and address customer inquiries.
relationship building: establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility.
customer support: address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist in problem resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
record keeping: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up activities using customer relationship management (crm) software.
market research: stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better tailor sales pitches and strategies.
language proficiency: possess strong language skills in hindi, and english and any other required languages for effective communication with international clients.
time management: manage call schedules efficiently, balancing outbound calls, follow-up calls, and administrative tasks.
reporting: provide regular reports to supervisors or management on call performance, leads generated, and conversion rates.
