We are looking for a dedicated Tele Caller to join our team in Delhi NCR. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience and a minimum education level of 12th Pass. This position is full-time and allows you to work from home.
As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products and services. You will gather customer information, answer inquiries, and provide support to nurture leads and close sales. Your main goal will be to create a positive impression of our company and convert calls into successful transactions.
Key responsibilities include:
1. **Making Outbound Calls**: Regularly contact potential customers through phone calls to promote and provide information about our products or services.
2. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers, answer their questions, and resolve any concerns they may have, ensuring a great customer experience.
3. **Lead Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls by updating customer information in our database, managing leads, and following up as needed.
4. **Target Achievement**: Work towards daily and monthly targets, keeping track of your performance and striving to improve your results.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to persuade and build rapport with customers. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage. A self-motivated attitude and resilience in facing challenges are essential for success in this role.
