Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts.
Appoint new distributors and expand the dealer network in assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets.
Execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities.
Collect market intelligence on pricing, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies.
Prepare daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely product delivery.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Monitor stock levels with distributors and retailers to avoid stock shortages.
Negotiate pricing, trade schemes, and promotional offers within company guidelines.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, promotional events, and brand activation programs.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement branding and promotional initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.
