We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of security products such as CCTV cameras, biometric systems, video door phones, and access control solutions. The role involves both field and office work including lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and trends.
Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products.
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales (preferred in electronics or security systems).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Familiar with local market and client base.
Basic technical understanding of CCTV and surveillance systems.
