We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell our range of security products such as CCTV cameras, biometric systems, video door phones, and access control solutions. The role involves both field and office work including lead generation, client meetings, follow-ups, and after-sales support.Key Responsibilities:Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.Develop and implement marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and trends.Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings to promote products.Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activities and performance metrics.Collaborate with the marketing team to improve brand awareness and lead generation.Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Prior experience in B2B/B2C sales (preferred in electronics or security systems).Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and meet targets.Familiar with local market and client base.Basic technical understanding of CCTV and surveillance systems.Salary: Based on experience + IncentivesJob Type: Full-timeTarget-Based Role: YesPreferred Skills:Digital marketing knowledge (Google Ads, social media).CRM tools and MS Office proficiency.Two-wheeler with valid license (for field visits)

A CCTV Technician is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. They ensure optimal system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to users on system operation. Key duties include setting up cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and access control systems, as well as configuring hardware and software to ensure proper functioning.

Installation: Installing CCTV systems, cameras, DVRs, and other equipment Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing faults in the system's hardware or software Maintenance: Performing routine servicing and maintenance Testing: Ensuring the system is working properly by conducting full tests Documentation: Completing paperwork and service sheets Safety: Maintaining health and safety standards Customer education: Teaching customers how to use their equipment properly Project planning: Working with the sales team to analyze customer needs and produce project plans Knowledge base: Developing content for the knowledge base Returned products: Inspecting, testing, and troubleshooting returned products .

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolutionResearching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issuesFollowing standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.Responsibilities:Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.Track computer system issues through to resolution, within agreed time limits.Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until theyve solved a technical issue.Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers).Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.Ensure all issues are properly logged.Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.Prepare accurate and timely reports.Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
