Key Responsibilities
€¢ Generate and manage sales leads for sports goods and equipment
€¢ Develop relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, institutions, and corporate buyers
€¢ Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures
€¢ Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
€¢ Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, trade fairs, dealer meets, and product launches
€¢ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
€¢ Conduct market research to track competitors, pricing, and customer trends
€¢ Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
€¢ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements & Skills
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
€¢ 2€“6 years of experience in sales and marketing (sports goods, consumer goods, or manufacturing preferred)
€¢ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
€¢ Willingness to travel for client meetings and market development
€¢ Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools
€¢ Result-oriented and self-motivated approach
Preferred Qualifications
€¢ Experience in B2B sales, dealer/distributor networks, or institutional sales
€¢ Exposure to export or international markets
€¢ Interest or background in sports and fitness
