Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager with 1€“2 years of experience in

selling financial products such as Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Demat Accounts, Mutual

Funds, etc. The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills, a strong sales

drive, and a commitment to delivering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

ï‚· Identify potential customers through leads, and references.

ï‚· Pitch and sell financial products including insurance (life/health), mutual funds, and

demat services.

ï‚· Meet quarterly sales targets.

ï‚· Conduct customer meetings, explain product benefits, and address objections.

ï‚· Maintain and build long-term relationships with clients.

ï‚· Ensure timely follow-ups and documentation.

ï‚· Coordinate with internal teams for processing and after-sales service.

ï‚· Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

ï‚· 1€“2 years of experience in financial product sales (Insurance, Mutual Funds, Demat,

etc.)

ï‚· Graduation (minimum qualification)

ï‚· Strong communication and negotiation skills

ï‚· Goal-oriented and self-driven
