Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales representatives.

Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to meet KPIs and company objectives.

Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor performance, analyze data, manage pipelines, and report to leadership.

Customer Relations: Foster customer engagement, manage key accounts, and handle complex negotiations.

Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and other departments on campaigns.

Operations: Maintain CRM data, forecast sales, and manage sales processes.
