SIL is seeking a Sales and Marketing Specialist who understands machine tools and has hands-on experience in the manufacturing or industrial equipment field. This role is ideal for a motivated individual passionate about promoting cutting-edge machinery in both domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist

€¢ Develop and execute promotional strategies for SIL machines in India and abroad

€¢ Draft and localize marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogues, and videos

€¢ Plan, organize, and manage trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate events

€¢ Drive digital marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, and website content

€¢ Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and partners

Qualifications

€¢ Solid understanding of CNC laser machine or experience in industrial marketing

€¢ Strong communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)

€¢ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and content creation

€¢ Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a technical environment

Key Responsibilities for Sales Specialist

€¢ Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, meetings

€¢ Showcase product features and benefits through customer end demo or presentations

€¢ Negotiate, close sales, and handle objections or complaints

€¢ Stay updated with trends and competitor offerings

€¢ Make sales forecasts

€¢ Work closely with colleagues to meet targets and share best practices

€¢ Attend trade shows, conferences, and events to boost brand visibility

Qualifications

€¢ Solid understanding of CNC laser machines
