we are looking for a dynamic, presentable and result-oriented sales executive to join our event management team. the candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting them into clients, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate and individual customers to ensure successful event execution and business growth.
key responsibilities:
identify and generate new business opportunities for corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, and other promotional events.
pitch and present event solutions to potential clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
prepare customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
coordinate with internal teams (creative, operations, production) to ensure smooth delivery of services.
attend networking events, industry meets, and exhibitions to build connections.
maintain and update client database and sales reports.
negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
