Currently in our pre-launch phase, we are building a high-performance sales team to drive our B2B global business. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, closing deals, and shaping the brand's success.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential B2B clients, managing customer relationships, and driving revenue. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and sales-driven professional who can work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

€¢ Identify and engage potential B2B and D2C clients across global markets.

€¢ Develop and execute effective outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email, and direct engagement.

€¢ Leverage tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoho CRM for lead generation and account management.

€¢ Conduct product presentations, sales pitches, and client meetings to convert leads into customers.

€¢ Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring continuous deal flow.

Collaboration and Client Management:

€¢ Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-generation strategies.

€¢ Partner with customer success to ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction.

€¢ Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

€¢ Gather insights on customer needs and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Performance Management:

€¢ Set and track sales targets and key performance metrics.

€¢ Provide regular sales reports and insights to leadership.

€¢ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deals in Zoho CRM.

Travel Requirements:

€¢ Occasional travel may be required for client meetings, trade shows, and industry event
