job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and technically aware Sales Executive to drive sales of chemical products across assigned markets. The role involves developing new business, managing key accounts, and promoting chemical solutions while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell chemical products to industrial, commercial, and institutional customers
Identify new customers and develop long-term business relationships
Manage and grow existing client accounts
Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable chemical solutions
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales contracts
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams for order fulfillment
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and pricing strategies
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM systems
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business (preferred)
25 years of sales experience in chemicals, industrial products, or related fields
Strong understanding of chemical products and applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build trust with technical and non-technical customers
Willingness to travel as required
