Role & Responsibilities:
Generating Leads through various means such as cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online channels.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Building Relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, investors, and other stakeholders.
Working closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs and Closing deals.
Cross-sell or upsell additional services or properties to existing clients.
Market Research and Analysis to identify emerging trends, potential areas for investment, and market demand.
Developing Marketing Strategies by collaborating with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties or services. This include online marketing, advertising, direct mail campaigns, and participation in industry events.
Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management to track progress against targets and goals.
