Strategic Planning and Execution

Develop and execute operational strategies to align with the company's goals and growth plans.

Problem-Solving

Quickly address operational challenges, including production delays, equipment failures, or staffing shortages.

Create contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure business continuity.

Conduct root-cause analysis for recurring issues and develop long-term solutions.

Operational Efficiency

Identify and address bottlenecks in production processes.

Implement lean manufacturing techniques to optimize workflows and minimize costs.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

Bachelor��s degree, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

5��10 years of experience in operations.
