Ensure material is issued only against authorized documents and that scrap,unused material and finished goods are properly recorded and traceable. Ensure no material is dispatched without Quality Control clearance, correctpacking and authorized documentation. Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety, housekeeping, worker productivity andcompliance with factory procedures. Submit accurate daily reports covering production, rejection, rework, downtime,material shortages, manpower, dispatch and critical constraints.
