parent & community engagement: address parent inquiries, resolve concerns, and strengthen relationships with the community.

-curriculum implementation: support educators in maintaining high-quality early childhood education and play-based learning practices.

budget & resource allocation: manage operational budgets, optimize resource utilization, and ensure cost-effective strategies.

travel & site visits: conduct regular inspections and audits across centers to ensure standardized processes.

vendor & supplies management: collaborate with vendors for quality supplies and services needed for preschool operations.

growth & expansion strategies: assist in expanding preschool branches, identifyingnew locations, and supporting business growth.

qualifications & skills:

bachelors or masters degree in education, business administration, or operations management.
