Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide a team of Field Sales Officers

Recruit sales staff immediately in multiple locations

Daily tracking of sales performance and field activities

Ensure monthly target achievement and market penetration

Develop strong relationships with distributors and retailers

Requirements:

4+ years experience in OTC pharma or FMCG field sales

Strong leadership and recruitment skills

Ability to drive results through team coordination

Good rapport with medical stores and trade partners
