position summary:
the field sales executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities for certification, training, and consultancy services. the role involves direct client engagement, presentations, and relationship management to achieve revenue and growth targets in assigned regions.
key responsibilities:
identify and approach potential clients in manufacturing, pharmaceutical, food, automotive, and service sectors for certification and compliance services.
promote company offerings such as iso certification, ce marking, product certification, and professional training programs.
conduct client visits, technical discussions, and presentations to understand business needs.
develop and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and channel partners.
prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and follow-ups to ensure closures.
achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to market expansion strategies.
coordinate with technical and operations teams for project execution and client satisfaction.
maintain up-to-date knowledge of international standards and regulatory frameworks.
participate in trade fairs, industry events, and client workshops to enhance brand visibility.
key skills & competencies:
strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
proven ability in b2b or solution-based sales.
understanding of regulatory compliance, iso standards, or certification processes (preferred).
target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated attitude.
good command of english; additional languages are an advantage.
willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
qualifications & experience:
bachelor��s degree in engineering, science, business administration, or related field.
3-7 years of field sales experience (preferably in certification, training, or technical services sector).
experience with multinational or globally operating firms is an advantage.
