Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engaging Colleges: Connect with colleges in and around your base city by approaching Deans, HODs, and Training & Placement Officers to showcase how the organization€™s programs add value to their students.

2. Conducting Sessions: Plan and conduct on-campus/off-campus sessions, events, and webinars to introduce students to innovative, career-focused learning programs.

3. Career Counselling: Guide and counsel potential learners €” including final-year students and unemployed graduates €” to help them identify suitable career paths and opportunities.

4. Promoting Online Learning: Highlight the uniqueness and effectiveness of the organization€™s digital learning model.

5. Sales & Conversions: Manage the complete sales cycle for assigned leads €” from initial contact to product demonstration, closing sales, and maintaining post-sales relationships.

6. Database Management: Maintain an accurate record of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
