key responsibilities:

1. **engaging colleges:** connect with colleges in and around your base city by approaching deans, hods, and training & placement officers to showcase how the organizations programs add value to their students.

2. **conducting sessions:** plan and conduct on-campus/off-campus sessions, events, and webinars to introduce students to innovative, career-focused learning programs.

3. **career counselling:** guide and counsel potential learners including final-year students and unemployed graduates to help them identify suitable career paths and opportunities.

4. **promoting online learning:** highlight the uniqueness and effectiveness of the organizations digital learning model.

5. **sales & conversions:** manage the complete sales cycle for assigned leads from initial contact to product demonstration, closing sales, and maintaining post-sales relationships.

6. **database management:** maintain an accurate record of all interactions and leads in the crm system.

* prior experience in **edtech, field sales, or student engagement** is a plus.

* proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
